Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

• Quiet hours 
  • All outdoor spaces 10 pm - 7 am
  • No Hot-tub/ firepit use from 10 pm - 7 am
  • Storm watch room (upstairs living room) quiet hours from 11 pm - 7 am
• You are welcome to socialize after quiet hours in the Kitchen area
• Check-in: 5 pm
• Check-out: 10 am
• Number of guests: 10
• No fires in the indoor fireplaces
• No beach sand in the hot tub, hot tub will be checked for sand after checkout. Please rinse well before entering.
• Laundry is not provided. Please request if laundry is required.
• Guests are responsible to stay off of landscaped features and natural features that may be dangerous including ledges, cliffs and bush areas. 
• Group lead is responsible to ensure all members of their party are made aware of the following rules
• Guests are expected to follow the proper disposal of their garbage/ recycling and compost prior to checkout
• Rules and policies may be update after time of booking at the host's discretion

• Guests are expected to provide valid email and phone numbers for communication purposes

• House manual is provided on the Kitchen
• Parking available for four vehicles in-front of your suite only. No street parking
